WordPress is an extremely powerful content management system. Adding to the amazing variety of things you can do with WordPress, there are a slew of new plugins that promise to give you the ability to turn it in to a fully functioning membership site all in one application ( Unlike what you see where people have stapled together a hodge-podge of broken, unsupported plug ins that give you almost no true value!)
Deciding which plugin to use can be tricky. That’s why I have taken the time to review the features of the 3 top WordPress Membership plug ins on the market and compare head to head. In some cases, I have been allow to look at the inside of the plugin so that I can give a more in depth analysis.
Member Wing is an Advance Word Press plug-in that allows anyone to create a membership site, with a couple of clicks. MemberWing allows you to turn your content into a paid subscription or a pay per view (which allows you to sell different pieces of content for a set price), both of these impressive features will give you the ability to change and modify your blog the way you want it.
So how is this done? Well MemberWing give you different pieces of text that you place on your page and you will either be able to set a price or allow for a subscription. The text will look something like this {{{{20}}}} or {{bronze}}, the first example is if you where to charge for a single post of piece of content while the bronze would be for a membership site subscription level.
It’s nice to have all these different membership site levels and access, but if you can’t protect your content from different users stealing it then you will be out of business. But you don’t need to worry about that with Member Wing X because they have some of the best security. So how does Member Wing protect your content? Well it does this by protecting your URLs for different content and only allowing members to reach these unique membership pages. Beside from this Member Wing also has the ability to track different people that try and steal your content, so you can find then and prosecute them for the actions.
So you have the membership side of your blog set up and it’s nice and secure from invasion, that’s everything right? No, next you need to be found in the search engines otherwise you will not be able to get natural traffic.

Installation
Wish List is a Script, which is easy to use and simple to install. All you have to do is go to there site click download and unzipping the file then uploading it to your site, and letting it do it’s magic. Of course you will have to go into your Word Press admin section and customize and set up your Wish List Membership plug in but beside that, it’s really a 5- 10 minute exercise to get your site up and running.
Membership Access
This plug in allows you to have many different levels of access for different content, they also allow you to have sneak peak of your protected content for passing users to bait them in. They also allow different memberships to have free trails from a week to 60 days, to Free memberships and of course paid. They also allow you to drip content to your users, This allows all your users to have the same experience when they join your membership site and also protects you from people just joining and downloading all your content. And lastly they have a very simple content control system where you can simply go through your content and select the content you want to show to different membership levels with a couple of adjustments.
Information Protection
Wish List Membership Site plug in offers a couple different ways of protecting your content/ information from non-members and different membership levels. As this is one of the most important parts of running a membership site.

S2 Pro Member Ship Plug in – Read the Full Review!

Free Membership site plug in, it allows users to add PayPal integration, allowing you to take payment on 4 different levels of membership, give a trail? no problem, S2 allows you to give trail without a sweat. Need to track affiliate commissions? S2 got you covered, and they also allow you to make a professional and great looking membership registration field.
Protection: S2 Word Press provides protectiong like many of the other plug ins, that allows you to protect pages, Posts, Tags, Categories, URI’s, and even themes and different pages and post, including buy buttons. Another great feature for S2′s word Press Membership Plug in is it allows you to protect down loadable files and also can allow you to only allow s many downloads that can occur, within a certain time. Also has protect for all different membership levels.
